What it is

Most traders who blow a good plan do not need another chapter. They need someone who has run this book since 2016 to look at how they actually click it.

Desk Mentorship is a capped operator seat next to the live desk. Day Trade Masters (DTM) still publishes the plan — pair, venue, buy zone, hard stop, TP ladder, chart, management. Mentorship is accountability on *your* size, *your* leaks, and *your* tickets against that plan.

Ten people. One named operator. A journal you have to turn in. That is mentorship. A chat room is not.

You will not get extra tickers because you paid $300. You will not get your wallet managed. You will get the same rules the desk trades under, applied to your account and the leak you are paying to kill first.

What the seat includes

• Active coaching on the live DTM book — size, zone discipline, stop walks, partials, and when *not* to take the name.
• Dedicated Telegram DM thread — one thread per seat, priority folder. No group spam.
• Same-session-day replies on open trades during published desk hours. Non-trade questions within one business day.
• Optional monthly voice — one 25-minute Telegram or WhatsApp call per calendar month, booked 48 hours ahead. Unused minutes do not roll.
• Kickoff call (week one, 40 minutes) — account size band, risk unit, venues, timezone, CEX vs wallet capability, three leaks to kill first.
• Written monthly review — you submit a one-page journal (taken, skipped, chased, sized wrong). It comes back marked.
• Bi-weekly 10-seat huddle (40 minutes) — open book only. Each seat gets one issue or one name. Timer on. Separate from the public DTM Q&A.
• UTC/UDC applied to your tickets — help putting the method onto names you are actually working. Not a re-teach of the course.
• Waitlist priority if you lapse and a seat later opens.

Weekly Rhythm

What it does not include — print this

• Managing or clicking your account. No API, no copy-on-your-wallet, no “just enter this for me.”
• Custom setups on demand. New names still have to clear the desk. Mentorship does not buy extra tickers.
• 24/7 or weekend overnight coverage. Desk hours only. No 03:00 fire drills.
• Inner Circle reports, LTT/MTT stack, or Marius / Nico advisory time.
• Detonator / HODLFIRE licenses. Those stay on their source SKU.
• A re-teach of HODLNOTS, UTC, or UDC. Take the course if you do not have the method yet.
• Legal, tax, or “is this a security” opinions.
• Guaranteed weekly trade count, guaranteed R, or income claims.
• Rollover of unused call minutes.
• The 6- and 12-month DTM DM perk upgraded to this SLA. That perk stays thinner: no monthly voice, no 1:1 journal review, no huddle.

Requirements for access

Application, not an open cart. A 10-seat product sold like a course fills with the wrong ten people.

Must clear

• Active Day Trade Masters subscription, or checkout DTM on the same ticket. Mentorship does not replace the desk.
• You can name an account size band and one risk unit. If you will not state size, you are not ready.
• You trade CEX 2–4h names, or you can execute a wallet name that is actually sellable. No “I only ape launches.”
• You agree to the one-page journal: taken / skipped / chased / sized.
• You can hit at least one huddle window a month (Americas / EU-Africa / APAC).

Auto-decline

• You want the wallet managed, or you plan to “just follow everything.”
• No DTM, and you refuse to take it. Mentorship without the book is paid chat.
• Brand-new to charts. Take HODLNOTS, then UTC, then reapply.
• You want a guaranteed monthly percent, or “signals plus babysitting.”
• History of ticket abuse or public-channel arguing.

Who it is for

Traders already placing DTM plans who leak on size, chase, skip stops, or cannot run set-and-forget. People who will send the journal and read the Focus & Progress Report before they DM.

Who it is not for

Beginners who have not taken HODLNOTS / UTC. Anyone who wants Cory to click their orders. Signal junkies who will not journal. Public and 1–3 month DTM members looking for a private channel — that is still tickets and the room.

What it looks like to get started

1. Apply. Five questions: size band and risk unit; CEX, wallet, or both and which venues you can actually click; last 30 days — how many DTM names you took, skipped, or chased; the leak you are paying $300 to kill first; a 25-minute monthly window and timezone cluster.

2. Hold or add DTM. Mentorship checkout is a second line item. The book stays the classroom.

3. Accept the seat. Founding terms: $300/month, three-month minimum ($900). Optional prepay: 6 months $1,620 (10% off) or 12 months $3,060 (15% off). No monthly cancel inside the minimum. First ten accepted seats lock $300 for the life of continuous billing.

4. Week one kickoff (40 minutes). Size, venues, timezone, three leaks. One DM thread is opened. You are added to the priority folder. Desk hours go on the welcome card.

5. You trade the live book. Mentorship DMs are for working names and size/risk — not a second tape. If two seats are on the same name, management stays in the DTM channel.

6. Day 14: first huddle. Even if the roster is not full. Rhythm matters more than a packed room.

7. Month one: journal in. One page. It comes back marked. Book the 25-minute call 48 hours ahead if you want the voice session.

When the roster is full the button becomes Join Waitlist. There is no seat 11.

Is this Day Trade Masters?
No. DTM is the live book. Mentorship is a separate 10-seat SKU on your execution of that book.

Do I need DTM?
Yes. Mentorship without the book is paid chat. Checkout DTM on the same ticket if you do not already hold it.

Is this Inner Circle?
No. Inner Circle is the house advisory around the full report stack and Marius / Nico time. Different operator, different job, different buyer.

Do I get extra setups?
No. New names still have to clear the desk.

Will you trade my account?
No. No API, no copy-on-your-wallet, no “enter this for me.”

How fast do DMs get answered?
Open-trade questions: same session day during published desk hours. Everything else: one business day. Outside hours = next session.

Is the monthly call required?

What if the 10 seats are full?
Join the waitlist. Do not pay for seat 11.

Can I cancel month-to-month?
Not inside the three-month minimum. After that, continuous billing keeps the founding $300 lock. Miss a cycle and you re-enter at the then-rate.
