Who We Are & What We Provide
We at Bitcoin Trend & Forecast, BitcoinTAF (“Website,” “Site,” or “Bitcoin Trend & Forecast”) provide you with material that is provided for informational, entertainment, and educational purposes based on the opinions of the team members (collectively or individually “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Bitcoin Trend & Forecast, Mr Landman, and his team). “You” or “your” shall refer to any user and subscriber of us and Bitcoin Trend & Forecast.
Bitcoin Trend and Forecast provide educational instructive learning content. This is provided through live or online self-paced training courses, PDF reports based upon Elliott Wave and other technical factors widely used within the trading industry. Additionally, this could include coaching programs ranging from self-help to emotional detectors.
The above products can be purchased with fiat currencies (AUD and USD) and cryptocurrencies through our approved financial partners. You cannot buy cryptocurrencies through Bitcoin Trend and Forecast; we do not engage in these events.
What we do not provide
Bitcoin Trend & Forecast does not allow the purchase or conversion of fiat to cryptocurrencies. We do not engage in financial transactions related to purchasing any digital currency. Those purchases should be made on approved exchanges regulated by individual government bodies worldwide. We strictly adhere to the terms and conditions set by global service providers.
Bitcoin Trend and Forecast is not a Digital Currency Exchange provider.
Bitcoin Trend and Forecast do not sell cryptocurrencies.
Bitcoin Trend and Forecast is not a financial broker.
Bitcoin Trend and Forecast is not a financial advisor.
Bitcoin Trend and Forecast do not promote Digital Currency Exchanges, have no agreements in place with any such exchanges, or received monetary value from such.
Bitcoin Trend and Forecast do not accept cash settlements.
Binding Agreement
THE BITCOINTAF TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS” OR “AGREEMENT”) CONSTITUTE A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT THAT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS AND LIMITS OUR LIABILITY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR WEBSITE IN ANY CAPACITY, YOU ARE CONFIRMING YOUR AGREEMENT WITH THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS DESCRIBED HEREIN, YOU MUST LEAVE OUR SITE IMMEDIATELY.

We offer access to our Site based on your full acceptance without modification of this Agreement. This include conditions, notices, and disclaimers contained here. it includes our Privacy Policy (which is incorporated by reference) (collectively, the “Terms”). By accessing our Site, you agree to be bound by the Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
Subscription and License - BitcoinTAF Terms and Conditions
The Website contains various reports and subscriptions that are available under payment or fee (“Subscription(s)”). You will only have access to the content included in your Subscription (“Subscription Material”). We grant you a non-exclusive, non- transferable, revocable, limited license to access and use the Subscription Material. This is under the terms set forth within this section and this Agreement. We may terminate your Subscription (or any lifetime subscription) and your access to Subscription Materials. We can do so if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated any portion of these Terms.
You may terminate your Subscription and access to Subscription Materials by contacting us at [email protected]. Alternatively, use your login details and request a cancellation. Our staff will complete this process for you if not done automatically by our system.
Here at Bitcoin Trend and Forecast, we take refunds and disputes as a top priority. This ensures our customer is always well looked after. We will do our utmost best to provide any refund or dispute sorted out within 48 hours to your advantage.
Our Storage and Access to Your Information - BitcoinTAF Terms and Conditions
You agree that we have consent to contact you through any communication method you provide through our website. This applies whether or not you have provided your contact information in connection with purchasing a Subscription. You further agree that we have the right to store any of your data or information you provided us through the Website. This includes your Bitcoin Trend & Forecast login and password information.
Modification and Notice of Changes - BitcoinTAF Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update this Agreement anytime without providing notice. We will, however, include the date of the most recent update of these Terms. If we revise the Terms, you are responsible for reviewing the updated Terms. Accessing this Site after any changes to the Terms have been posted thereon will constitute your acceptance of all such changes. You have the right to accept or reject any changes in the Terms. However, if you disagree with any changes or updates you must discontinue using the Site immediately. Unless specifically stated, any new features, products, or services added to the Site will be subject to the Terms. Some new products or features may require your acceptance of new or additional terms before use.
Limitation on Your Use of Site - BitcoinTAF Terms and Conditions
We now grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license (“License”) to access and use the Site. The information on our Site is for your personal, individual use only and not for commercial use. You agree to certain ground rules if you use our Site, and accordingly, you are not allowed to: modify or copy the Materials. You cannot use the Materials for any commercial purpose or any public display (commercial or non-commercial). You cannot attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any Material. You cannot remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notations from the any of the Materials. You cannot transfer the Materials to another person or “mirror” the Materials on any different server. We reserve the right to terminate the License granted herein and deny you access to our Site at our sole discretion. This is without advance notice. We also reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of these Terms. This includes without limitation, any violation arising from any e-mails you send to Bitcoin Trend & Forecast. Any breach of the Terms may be referred to law enforcement authorities. Terminating your License will not affect any additional right or relief to which we may be entitled, at law or in equity. Upon termination of your License, all rights granted to you will automatically terminate. This will then revert to Bitcoin Trend & Forecast. Upon termination, you agree to destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed form.

You may not do any of the following:
(a) Copy, modify, or create a derivative work. You cannot reverse engineer, reverse assemble, or otherwise attempt to discover any source code of the Site;
(b) Remove or obscure the copyright notice or other notices displayed in connection with Website Material accessible through the Site;
(c) Interfere with or disrupt the Site, or servers and networks connected to the Site. You cannot circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Site. You cannot interfere with features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any Material.;
(d) Modify the Site in any manner or form, or use modified versions thereof;
(e) Sell, assign, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any right in the Material, or your Subscription, accessible through the website;
(f) Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Site for any purpose;
(g) Take any action that imposes or may impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Site infrastructure. This includes as we may determine in our sole discretion; or
(h) Knowingly disseminate or transmit any worms, viruses, or other harmful, disruptive, or destructive files, code, programs. This includes other similar technologies, or otherwise utilise the Site in any manner that violates any statute, rule, or regulation.
All instructional material and indicators provided by BitcoinTAF.com are protected by intellectual property and copyright laws. Your enrolment in training courses constitutes an acceptance of these laws, and you commit to adhere to them. Violating these terms may result in infringement and a perpetual prohibition from accessing the course content. This includes any associated indicators.
BitcoinTAF reserves the right to terminate any account for any reason whatsoever.
Lifetime members, or any member, who engages in any unlawful activities, will have any accounts suspended indefinitely.
General Prohibitions - BitcoinTAF Terms and Conditions
Website Material and any intellectual property rights embodied within the Site are the property of Bitcoin Trend & Forecast. This includes the respective manufacturers or sellers of any particular products or services. You understand that all trademarks, copyrights, and other rights are the property of their respective owners.
You further understand and agree that all Website Material is to be considered confidential information. As such, you agree that you will not share personal information with any other party.
Unless otherwise stated, no Website Material is permitted to be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, or broadcast. This includes stored, or otherwise used without the express prior written permission of Bitcoin Trend & Forecast. This includes the original copyright holder. We reserve the right to remove any content alleged to be infringing without prior notice, at our sole discretion, and without liability to us, and to terminate your account if it is determined that you knowingly posted infringing content.

If you decide to buy or use any products or services from Third Party Companies, we may receive compensation for referring them to you. Limitation of Liability and Release - BitcoinTAF Terms and Conditions

UNLESS APPLICABLE LAW INDICATES OTHERWISE, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($1,200.00).
We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the business practices, actions, omissions, or services of Third-Party Companies featured on our Site. IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND A THIRD-PARTY COMPANY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU RELEASE BITCOIN TREND & FORECAST, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES FROM AND AGAINST CLAIMS AND DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, SUSPECTED AND UNSUSPECTED, DISCLOSED AND UNDISCLOSED, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH SUCH A DISPUTE.
Suppose you are a resident of the State of California, in the United States, by using our Site. In that case, you explicitly waive the rights granted to you under California Civil Code 1542, which states: “A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favour at the time of executing the release, which, if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor.”

Restrictions

Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, Class Action Waiver
This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Cayman Islands. You agree to waive your rights to resolution of disputes in a court of law by a judge or jury and agree to resolve any dispute by [arbitration or mediation or both]. FURTHER, YOU ARE WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION BASED ON OR INVOLVING CLAIMS BROUGHT IN A PURPORTED REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY ON BEHALF OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC, OTHER USERS, OR PERSONS SIMILARLY SITUATED. [Any claim or dispute you may have against us must be brought in the Cayman Islands, except that arbitration/mediation proceedings may be conducted by telephone.]
All claims or disputes filed or brought contrary to this section shall be considered improperly filed. Should you file a claim improperly and have failed to withdraw the declaration promptly, we may recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs for costs we incur in connection with your wrongly filed claim.
Limitation of Actions
Any dispute must be brought to our attention in writing and properly filed, if applicable, within one year after such claim arose, or it shall forever be barred, notwithstanding any statute of limitations or other law to the contrary. Within this period, any failure by Bitcoin Trend & Forecast to enforce or exercise any provision of this Agreement or any related right shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Entire Agreement
The BitcoinTAF Term and Conditions Agreement and any document incorporated by reference herein constitute the entire agreement between you and us and govern your use of our Site, superseding any prior agreements between us.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid by a court or other binding authority, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
